WHO TO CONTACT IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM. One of the benefits of having a broker is that if you have an incident, we can make arrangements on your behalf. We can file your report and act as your advocate in the event of a dispute.
EMERGENCY CLAIMS In an event that you have an emergency claim and we are not available to assist you, please contact our afterhour claim service hotline. We work together with professional adjusters from Kernaghan Adjusters who will help to mitigate your loss quickly and efficiently.
NON-EMERGENCY CLAIMS If you find yourself in the event of a loss that does not require immediately assistance, please contact one of our branches or fax a claim report to our office. Claim report forms can be found in the form section of our website.
