Mark Twain was once quoted as saying, “I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which have never happened.” While we all might aspire to Mr. Twain’s envious position, the truth is that invariably life has a tendency to throw curve balls when we least expect it. Several years ago I found myself victim of one of these curve balls during a particularly cold winter on a family vacation. One of the house pipes froze, cracked and spewed gallons of water over my exquisite cherry wood floor. The damage was extensive and involved pulling away plasterboard, floorboards and so much more.
Thankfully, I had insured the house and contents under Axis Insurance Managers Inc. without whom my family and I would have been left, not so much high and dry, but wet and homeless! The care they extended us in providing temporary accommodation and their responsiveness was second to none. We were offered a smorgasbord of highly professional workmen who dutifully returned our treasured home to its rightful splendor. Furthermore, we elected to use Axis’ endorsed restoration team to enhance our home, which they obligingly delivered in record time and with sensitive attention to detail.
We were in safe hands and it was clear to us that the annual premiums to Axis Insurance Managers Inc. had paid dividends.
