One of the benefits of having a broker is that if you have an incident, we can make arrangements on your behalf. We can file your report and act as your advocate in the event of a dispute. For emergencies we have on-call adjusters for your service. For non-emergency, you may contact one of our branches or leave a message and we will get back to you during office hours.

Please have the following information ready when you report your claim:

• Policy number.
• Date, time, and description of the loss (fire, theft, etc.).
• Description of the property damaged or stolen.
• Details on any police or fire authorities involved.
