“Jess Lennea is the Commercial Fleet Specialist at Axis Insurance. He is licensed with Shaw Sabey & Associates Ltd, Axis Insurance Managers Inc., Metrix Professional Insurance Brokers Inc., and Cypress Insurance Brokers, where Jess is accountable for providing a high level of customer service to a diverse clientele in recognizing and responding appropriately to business development opportunities by meeting the customers insurance needs. In addition, Jess is responsible for achieving new sales and growth opportunities for the organization.
Jess firmly believes in his organizations ideology to foster an environment in which people can be their best, where growth is essential, and where we continually set the bar for the insurance industry. He is an expert in ICBC Fleet Service, Out of Province Automobile Fleets, and non-fleet commercial automobile insurance. He also supports Axis Insurances sales team and account executives with their auto insurance clientele. His specific areas of expertise include Marketing Management, Customer Service, Sales, Strategic Planning, and Marketing Strategy.
Jess was raised in the Interior in a logging community called Barriere where his family owned a logging company for 35 years. From an early age he learned the importance of the role commercial vehicles have in the economic growth of our province. His natural inclination as a people person encouraged him to pursue a career in sales at an early age. He started his insurance career in 2014, in Kamloops with Capri Insurance, where he became an expert in off road and ATV insurance programs. He took that knowledge to Axis Insurance in 2017, and has expanded his knowledge of commercial auto insurance.
