Kissanya Arbuckle

Account Manager

I’m Kissanya Arbuckle, an Account Manager at Axis Insurance, where I specialize in compliance audits. My role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory standards by identifying risks and developing effective solutions. 

I started my insurance career in 2014 as a claims adjuster at Intact Insurance, then moved to Western Coast Insurance Services as a Claims Examiner for six years. After transitioning to underwriting as a Commercial Underwriter until March 2024, I joined Axis and later took on my current compliance role. 

I view challenges as opportunities for growth, reflecting Axis’s vision: “Where risks shape success.” By combining regulatory adherence with creative problem-solving, I help clients navigate risks effectively.

Outside of work, I’m involved with the Blue Goose organization and volunteer with SportAbility to promote inclusion in sports. In my free time, I enjoy painting, cycling, and relaxing with my dogs.
