I’m Catherine Durante, an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Axis Insurance. I am responsible for managing incoming payments and maintaining up-to-date records of customer balances. My role is critical in monitoring cash flow by following up on outstanding invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, ensuring payments are applied correctly and collaborating with other departments to streamline processes.

With over ten years of administration and customer service experience across various industries, I have developed strong organizational and accounting skills, consistently prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions. I hold a diploma in Executive Office Administration, graduating with High Honours from Sheridan College.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me chasing after my toddler, spending quality time with family and friends or probably reorganizing every cupboard, closet or room in the house.
