I’m Tracy Grant, an Account Manager with the High Net Worth department at Axis. I manage a book of business, focusing on providing tailored service and building long‑term relationships with my clients. My priority is making sure each client feels heard, supported, and confident that their insurance needs are being met.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 28 years. While I’ve done sales throughout my career, it’s the service side that excites me. I pride myself on retention, nurturing trust, and making the complexities of insurance feel straightforward for the people I work with every day.

At Axis, we believe risk can be a path to growth. Helping high‑net‑worth clients understand their policies and protect their assets allows them to focus on their priorities. By putting service and integrity first, I help them turn uncertainty into a sense of security.

Outside of work, I have three grown children and enjoy a second career pursuing acting and modelling roles. It’s a rewarding way to stay creative and connected to new people and experiences.
