Account Administrator, Assurex

I am Emaan Ahmad, an Account Administrator on the Assurex team at Axis Insurance, supporting international accounts through detailed coordination and responsive client service. My work includes assisting Account Managers and Account Executives with documentation, policy processing, and cross‑border program management. This ensures that every client receives clear, efficient, and reliable support across global markets. 

I graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Statistics and Sociology. This academic background strengthens my analytical approach and supports data‑driven decision making, both of which align with Axis’s commitment to helping clients navigate risk with clarity and confidence. 

Within the Assurex network, I help maintain the flow of global business by managing information accurately, collaborating with partners, and staying focused on continuous learning. This contributes to our team’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service across regions. 

Outside of work, I enjoy creative projects including drawing, painting, and sewing. This passion for crafting mirrors the way I approach my role: thoughtful, hands on, and detail oriented.
