I’m Janet Boldt, Manager of Internal Control & Compliance at Axis Insurance. Joining the team in 2017, I’ve dedicated nearly a decade to navigating the dynamic landscape of the insurance industry, initially in Personal Lines and now specializing in Compliance.

My expertise lies in ensuring regulatory adherence, overseeing quality assurance audits, taxation, and licensing processes. Achieving my CAIB designation in 2019 marked a milestone in my professional journey, further solidifying my commitment to personal growth, education, and professional excellence. Additionally, I’m proud to have been recognized with the Integrity Value award in 2019 and 2022, as well as the Expertise Value award in 2021.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me amidst nature with activities like hiking and camping. I have a passion for gardening, puzzles, games, and travel.
