I’m Bella Bothamley, Project Manager in the Marketing team at Axis Insurance. My role centers on overseeing and managing key projects that elevate our brand. Working closely with other departments, I focus on improving organizational design and ensuring our brand reflects Axis’s commitment to excellence. 

With a background in data analytics in New Zealand, and a double major in statistics and education, I bring a strategic, numbers-driven approach to project management. My expertise lies in creating marketing strategies, enhancing design, and tracking performance through KPIs. This ensures we continuously refine our client engagement and deliver innovative solutions. 
At Axis, I work to transform complex challenges into opportunities for growth, collaborating across teams to implement impactful strategies that help our clients face risk confidently.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mountain biking, painting, reading, and hiking, which help fuel my creativity and problem-solving mindset.
