Account Administrator, Commercial Insurance

I’m Eurika Cura, a Commercial Account Administrator on the Programs Team at Axis. I support the team by managing policy renewals, preparing insurance quotes, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring our records stay accurate and up to date. I work closely with both clients and internal teams to address questions, manage mid-term changes, and keep processes running smoothly.

Before joining Axis, I spent over nine years in the hospitality industry, where I developed a strong foundation in client service and relationship management. I later transitioned into real estate administration, further building my operational and communication skills. Since entering the insurance industry, I’ve earned my RIBO license in under a year—a reflection of my commitment to growth and learning.

My work focuses on professional liability programs, particularly for nursing and financial advisory clients. I help ensure their policies align with the risks they face in their fields. Understanding the unique exposures in these professions allows me to support tailored solutions that protect and enable their work.

At Axis, we believe risk is central to growth. That’s how I approach client relationships—by helping them manage liability confidently so they can focus on what they do best. Even in the early stages of my insurance career, I actively seek out ways to grow, contribute, and collaborate with colleagues to improve client outcomes and strengthen our team.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new cultures, especially through food. I’m always up for a culinary adventure and enjoy learning about local traditions wherever I go. These experiences enrich how I connect with people, both personally and professionally.
