Commercial Account Executive

I’m Adrian Estacio, a full-service Commercial Account Executive at Axis Insurance. I manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market commercial clients, supporting both renewal retention and new business development. My role focuses on strategic advising, coverage placement, and identifying ways to improve clients’ risk management practices. I also mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and service excellence.

I entered the insurance industry in 2015 after working in hospitality leadership. Since then, I’ve progressed through roles in personal lines, placement broking, and commercial account management. I hold both the CAIB and CRM designations, which I completed in under two years, and I’m on track to finish my CIP and FCIP designations by 2027. I also hold certifications in Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Analytics, enhancing my technical and analytical approach to client service.

My expertise spans residential and commercial strata risks, including quota shares and layered placements, as well as technology, hospitality, and sports-based programs. I regularly educate property managers and strata councils on risk strategies, helping them make informed decisions.

Outside of work, I support men’s mental health through Movember and volunteer in youth martial arts and powerlifting communities. Personally, I’m passionate about combat sports, travel, and lifelong learning, currently tackling Python, Japanese, and data visualization in my spare time.
