Account Administrator

I’m Eiman Moazzam, an Account Administrator on the Commercial Transportation team at Axis Insurance. I support Account Managers and Executives in servicing our transportation clients by managing documentation, assisting with policy lifecycle events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. By staying detail-oriented and responsive, I help enhance our service delivery and contribute to the team’s overall success.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University, and my background includes experience in technical systems, product management, and user experience across both enterprise banking environments and startups. This foundation allows me to bring a structured, solutions-driven approach to administrative workflows and thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings.

In my role, I focus on maintaining accurate records and supporting client communications to ensure seamless policy servicing. I’m committed to continuous learning, staying informed on transportation risk trends and insurance best practices, to better support our clients and internal teams. At university, I held leadership roles in tech and design clubs, mentored young women in technology, and served as Director of Community Inclusion for Western’s Women in STEM chapter to promote DEI and engagement.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, fitness, photography, fashion, and cooking. Whether I’m exploring new places or experimenting in the kitchen, I’m always looking for ways to stay active and creative.
