I’m Aly Malcolm, Director of Project Integration at Axis Insurance. I oversee the planning and execution of integration strategies for newly acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with Axis’s operations. 

Before joining the insurance industry in 2020, I built a strong foundation in the banking sector, specializing in retail operations, business management, and project management. At Axis, I apply my expertise in program and project management, business transformation, workflow optimization, and business planning. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I’m committed to driving efficiency and process improvement. 

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Recently, I’ve taken up gardening, learning to grow vegetables and herbs in my greenhouse. Traveling and exploring different cultures are also passions of mine.
