I’m Diana Easun, Manager of the Aviation & Aerospace Practice at Axis. Since starting my career in 2005, I’ve worked with both private and commercial aviation accounts, gaining hands‑on experience with complex placements, premium negotiations, and the nuances of the domestic market. My background in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in International Marketing have shaped a technical, strategic approach that I apply every day to help clients and colleagues alike.

In my role, I focus on building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and business partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and tailored solutions. As a manager, I foster a culture of excellence and one that empowers our team to excel, supports the company’s growth, and delivers outcomes aligned with Axis’ mission.

At Axis, where “risks shape success,” I help aviation and aerospace businesses understand their exposures and navigate risk with confidence. My goal is to make insurance a tool for growth, resilience, and long‑term stability.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, dancing, family time, and exploring the outdoors, moments that balance and energize my professional life.
