Senior Account Manager, Assurex

I am a Senior Account Manager on the Assurex team at Axis Insurance. I support international broker partners and clients by offering clear, practical guidance on Canadian insurance. My work includes helping global organizations meet regulatory requirements, understand program expectations, and manage cross‑border risk.

My insurance career began in 2002 in contract surety before transitioning into commercial insurance, a move that shaped my passion for problem solving and client advocacy. I joined The Magnes Group in 2007, now part of Axis, and have spent most of my career supporting the international department. Working with multinational organizations has allowed me to guide clients through unfamiliar regulatory environments and help them address compliance and placement challenges with confidence.

I earned my Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation in 2013 and hold insurance licenses in most Canadian provinces and territories, allowing me to support clients nationwide with region‑specific insight.

At Axis, my priority is to make international insurance straightforward. I help clients understand their exposures, meet Canadian regulatory standards, and translate complex requirements into practical, actionable steps.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating meaningful memories together. Much of my free time is spent in the bleachers, cheering on my kids in the sports they love.
