An alumnus of John Abbott College in Montreal, Brian has been in the insurance industry since 1993 and has turned his passion for aviation into his insurance specialty. His philosophy of embracing change and remaining calm, knowing there is a solution to all problems served him well as he built up a brokerage over the course of 12 years, before bringing that team to Axis in 2022.
Brian shares joint leadership of the Aviation division at Axis with Maureen Crockett and guides his team of experts with three main principles: There is no such thing as a stupid question; It’s OK to make mistakes; Be truthful and trustworthy.
Brian holds memberships with the HAC (Helicopter Association of Canada), ATAC (Air Transportation Association of Canada) and NATA (Northern Air Transport Association), but his greatest accomplishments are his two wonderful daughters.
