I’m Caroline Lemke, an Operations Specialist at Axis Insurance, where I focus on enhancing operational processes and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple practice groups. Since joining Axis in 2023, I’ve worked closely with leadership to develop and track strategic plans that align with our business goals. With a strong background in office administration and customer service, I’m passionate about improving workflows and ensuring our teams operate efficiently.

Prior to my current role, I’ve had diverse experiences managing administrative tasks, supporting team projects, and coordinating events, all of which have sharpened my ability to streamline operations and deliver results. My commitment to continuous improvement and effective team collaboration drives everything I do at Axis.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with gym workouts, Zumba, and yoga, or spending time with my dog outdoors. Music is a passion of mine- I love listening to my records and attending concerts.
