I’m Jess Lennea, a Commercial Auto Account Executive at Axis Insurance, where I help clients build and sustain insurance programs that keep their fleets operating with confidence. I joined Axis in 2017 and have been in the insurance industry since 2014, beginning my career at Capri (now Acera) in Kamloops. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in commercial auto and fleet insurance, with deep experience across both ICBC and Alberta markets. 

My work focuses on designing, placing, and managing commercial auto and fleet programs that support day to day operations and long term growth. I specialize in ICBC fleet policies, Alberta plated vehicles, garage policies, and complex vehicle structures. Clients often turn to me when they need clarity on regulatory requirements or when their operations evolve and their insurance needs to evolve with it. I take pride in translating technical details into clear, actionable guidance that helps people make confident decisions. 

I approach risk with a proactive and detail driven mindset. I work hard to spot potential gaps, ensure compliance, and help clients stay ahead of changes that could impact their business. I believe that well structured insurance does more than transfer risk. It creates stability and opens the door to growth. That perspective aligns with how we serve clients at Axis. I aim to help people navigate uncertainty with confidence and turn risk into an advantage. 

I grew up in Europe, where sports were always a part of my life. European football remains one of my biggest passions. I love the energy of Champions League matches and major FIFA tournaments and the way they bring people and cultures together. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, attending live sporting events, and chasing the sunshine whenever I can.
