I’m Kayon McLeod, an Account Manager with Axis Insurance, specializing in the Aviation and Aerospace sector. As a licensed insurance broker with over eight years of experience and a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, I focus on delivering tailored service and creating efficiencies that help my clients make informed decisions every day.

Throughout my career, I’ve deepened my knowledge of aviation and aerospace, allowing me to support businesses with precision and insight. My priority is making sure that every client understands their options and feels confident in their insurance decisions, turning risk into a tool for growth.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about experiencing life to the fullest, whether I’m hiking, attending the orchestra, participating in book club discussions, or travelling. I’m also proud to volunteer with Girls Take Flight, an initiative that inspires and empowers young women to pursue careers in aviation.
