Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations

I’m Mayra Vigario, Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Operations at Axis Insurance. I manage complex schedules, high-level meetings, and detailed travel planning while supporting the EVP and Operations team in advancing key initiatives. Acting as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, I ensure clear communication and operational efficiency across the organization. Dedicated to streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity, I play a key role in supporting executive decision-making and operational planning. 

My career began in retail management, where I developed a strong foundation in business operations and leadership. This experience sparked my passion for business operations and efficiency, leading me to transition into corporate roles focused on strategic administrative functions. I’m currently pursuing a Project Management certification to further strengthen my expertise in cross-functional coordination and process optimization. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and immersing myself in new cultures. I also love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring new cities, or simply enjoying nature.
