Operations Lead

I’m Mayra Vigario, Operations Lead at Axis Insurance, where I support the Executive Vice President of Operations and the broader Operations team. I drive operational effectiveness by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities. With a strong focus on process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and clear communication, I help translate executive direction into actionable outcomes. I help with streamlining workflows and anticipating operational needs, I play a key role in enabling informed decision-making and maintaining momentum across complex, fast-paced initiatives.

My career began in retail management, where I developed a strong foundation in business operations and leadership. This experience sparked my passion for business operations and efficiency, leading me to transition into corporate roles focused on strategic administrative functions. I’m currently pursuing a Project Management certification to further strengthen my expertise in cross-functional coordination and process optimization. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and immersing myself in new cultures. I also love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring new cities, or simply enjoying nature.
