I’m an Account Executive in the General Commercial team at Axis Insurance in Mississauga. With 30 years of experience, I help businesses navigate complex industrial and commercial risks by clarifying exposures and designing insurance strategies that align with their goals and risk appetite.

I work primarily with mid-market and industrial clients, especially in manufacturing, where risk profiles can be elevated or highly specialized. I’m often engaged to support organizations managing complex property schedules, higher liability exposures, or major transitions like preparing for an IPO.

My approach is personal and flexible, grounded in open conversations. Each engagement begins with a discussion about worst-case scenarios and what clients need their insurance to accomplish. This often uncovers gaps or unintended self-insured exposures. From there, I help realign programs so coverage is practical, effective, and genuinely tailored to the business. I believe insurance should be both strategic and human, and I’m available when clients need me most, whether on a late-night call or on-site after a loss.

Before joining Axis, I held senior roles at Arthur J. Gallagher and The Hub, specializing in industrial liability and corporate risk management. I hold the Canadian Risk Manager designation from McMaster University and am an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK.

Known for a practical, client-first mindset, I’m committed to helping organizations understand their risk profiles so they can make confident, well-informed decisions. Outside of work, time with family and friends keeps me grounded.
