Client Care Manager Personal Insurance

I am Tammy Low, Client Care Manager for the Personal Insurance team at Axis Insurance. I support clients by managing and servicing a broad personal insurance portfolio and guiding them through coverage decisions at renewal and throughout the policy term. My focus is to simplify complex insurance information, so clients feel informed and confident. 

With thirteen years in the industry, I began in Auto and ICBC before moving into Personal Lines early in my career. Since 2019, my work in Personal Lines has focused on homeowners, condo, and tenant insurance. I also assist clients with additional personal coverages, including contents in storage, special events, watercraft, travel, and course of construction. While I primarily work with BC clients, I also support policies in Alberta and Ontario. 

At Axis, I collaborate with Producers to quote new business, act as a front line underwriter, and ensure all submissions meet underwriting guidelines. I support clients during claims by maintaining communication and ensuring accurate documentation. I also mentor Client Care Support team members and continue to strengthen my technical skills through ongoing education. 

My approach reflects Axis’s belief that clear guidance helps clients turn uncertainty into confidence. Whether someone is buying a home, facing a claim, or revisiting their coverage, I aim to provide straightforward advice that supports informed decisions. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, photography, and exploring different cultures through food and cooking.
