As the Office Coordinator at Axis Insurance’s Oakville office, I am the first point of contact for clients and colleagues. My daily responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing incoming mail, coordinating office supplies, and ensuring the office runs smoothly behind the scenes. I also support the team with administrative needs to keep operations efficient and organized.

I assist with event planning as well, helping create a workplace where people can connect and enjoy their time together. With a background in customer service, I take pride in being approachable, organized, and dependable. Every interaction is an opportunity to reflect Axis’s commitment to clarity, confidence, and genuine care.

Outside of the office, I enjoy reading poetry, writing stories, and running Dungeons and Dragons campaigns with friends.
