Account Administrator, Broking Services and Account Administration

I am an Account Administrator with the General Commercial Lines team at Axis. I support small to midsize businesses with their Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, and Commercial Automobile policies. I also assist with specialized renewal programs for financial institutions and healthcare organizations. My focus is on delivering reliable administrative support that helps our account managers provide a smooth and consistent experience for clients and brokers. 

I joined Axis on July 2, 2025, with a strong interest in commercial insurance and a commitment to building my technical expertise. During my first six months, I have gained hands-on experience with commercial lines workflows, program renewals, and client service. Working alongside experienced colleagues has helped me develop confidence in managing a range of client and broker needs and has strengthened my understanding of insurance operations. 

My areas of focus include policy administration for Commercial General Liability, Commercial Package policies, and Commercial Automobile coverage. I support underwriting, brokers, and clients by coordinating information efficiently and maintaining strong attention to detail. I believe clear communication and organized administration help clients manage uncertainty with greater confidence. 

I support Axis’s vision, Where risks shape success, through consistent and accurate policy administration. My focus on clear and correct work helps strengthen the process clients rely on when making informed risk decisions. 
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and cooking. Hosting dinner gatherings is one of my favourite ways to relax and bring people together through good food and conversation.
