I’m Colleen Antosh, CAIB, CIP, Commercial Account Manager at Axis, specializing in small business insurance. I manage the full policy lifecycle for my book of business, from onboarding to renewal, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. 

I began my insurance career in 2007 and have grown through a variety of roles, including Account Administrator, Mid-Market Account Manager, and IBU Account Manager. Along the way, I earned my CAIB and CIP designations while balancing work and family life, building the expertise and practical perspective I bring to clients today. 

I hold a Level 2 Alberta insurance licence, as well as licences in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. I am also a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta. With nearly two decades of industry experience, I support a diverse portfolio of small businesses across a range of industries. 

My expertise includes working with contractors, building owners, restaurants, retailers, and other commercial operations. Every business faces unique risks, and I focus on helping clients secure the right coverage while making the insurance process straightforward and easy to understand. 

At Axis, we believe risk is part of growth. As a Commercial Account Manager, I help clients navigate insurance decisions with confidence so they can stay focused on running and growing their businesses. Outside of work, I enjoy weekly trivia nights with friends, participating in a monthly book club, and spending time with my family as my children begin families of their own.
