Manager, Broking Services & Account Administration

I am Daniel Gadicke, a Manager with the Broking Services & Account Administration team at Axis. In my role, I lead a team of Account Managers and Marketers across the country, assist our sales team with renewal strategies, and manage the placement of large, complex, or challenging risks. Additionally, I maintain strong connections with our Insurer partners to ensure our team stays at the forefront of insurance trends and market changes.

With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have primarily focused on serving commercial clients. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation. My career has spanned various areas, providing me with extensive experience in handling large, cross-border, and unique client operations. This diverse background allows me to develop creative solutions to complex challenges and collaborate effectively with our teams. 
 
Outside of work, I am passionate about outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, swimming, and sailing, which take me into the mountains or out on the water, reflecting my adventurous spirit and love for nature.
