I’m Arnica Longonya Nyota, a bilingual Account Administrator with the Aviation team at Axis. I support our team by delivering seamless administrative service across a range of aviation policies. From drones and hangars to the COPA program, I ensure every client receives a smooth, confident experience in both French and English.

My career started in customer service, working as a server and hostess, where I built a strong foundation in communication, resilience, and grace under pressure. From there, I moved into call center roles and later worked as a flight attendant, gaining valuable insight into the aviation industry and deepening my understanding of client needs. Most recently, I served as a Customer Service Representative in the public sector, supporting individuals in crisis and honing the skills required to stay composed and empathetic when faced with complex or sensitive situations.

Today at Axis, I apply those lessons every day, providing tailored support to drone operators, hangar owners, and aviation clients across the COPA program. My role is about more than processing policies, it’s about making sure both clients and colleagues have the information and support they need to navigate a challenging, risk‑driven sector.

At Axis, where “risks shape success,” I help clients find clarity and confidence in moments of uncertainty. My background working with vulnerable people has shaped my approach: I listen first, stay calm under pressure, and help build trust through every interaction.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my church, serving as a worship leader and attending rehearsals and services several times a week. This role has strengthened my discipline, teamwork, and sense of purpose. I also have a passion for music and makeup, two creative outlets that balance precision and expression and help me stay grounded and inspired every day.
