I’m Mina Brooks, a Senior Account Manager specializing in aviation insurance at Axis. With over 25 years in the industry, I’ve built a career focused exclusively on this sector, from private business and pleasure‑use aircraft to complex aerospace manufacturing operations. I began my journey at Avemco Insurance Company, a direct aviation underwriter, and have spent the majority of my career with The Magnes Group, now Axis Insurance Managers.

Throughout that time, I’ve been privileged to build strong relationships with some of the best in the business and learn from seasoned mentors who shaped my approach to serving this highly specialized field. Those connections have deepened my commitment to the aviation sector and strengthened the trust I build with every client.

For me, this role is about more than providing customer service, it’s about creating true partnerships. My focus is on understanding each client’s exposures, identifying potential gaps, and providing timely insights to help them navigate an evolving market. Helping clients make confident decisions and aligning insurance with their operational needs is what drives me every day.
