Associate Account Executive

I’m Alix Proctor, an Associate Account Executive with Axis Insurance, based in Calgary and working primarily with our International Business team. I specialize in serving multinational companies across various industries, with a particular focus on the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors. My expertise lies in guiding clients through complex regulatory and compliance issues in global operations and structuring effective insurance programs to help manage their international risks.

I began my career in 2017 as an Account Manager in Personal Lines, quickly advancing to Account Executive due to my strong performance in new business sales. Driven to expand my skills, I transitioned into Commercial Lines, taking on roles from Account Assistant to Account Manager, and now as an Associate Account Executive. At Axis, I’m excited to support the growth of our International division by strategically positioning inflow and outflow business through Assurex and our broker partnerships, delivering an exceptional client experience along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy starting new Lego projects and spending time with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Finley.
