My name is Angela Cheung, and I provide Client Care Support as a part of the General Commercial Insurance team at Axis. My focus is on helping corporate clients manage risk through tailored insurance solutions. I assist with renewals, new business, policy reviews, and negotiations with underwriters, ensuring clients have the right protection in place to meet their goals.

I bring over a decade of industry experience, with a background spanning insurance and commercial banking in both Canada and Hong Kong. My previous roles at Marsh, Prudential, and HSBC have shaped a strong foundation in servicing complex portfolios across industries like healthcare, infrastructure, cleaning services, and manufacturing. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Studies.

At Axis, I specialize in advising small to mid-sized commercial clients across Canada, drawing on my international experience to offer strategic insight. I help clients understand how coverage decisions impact business outcomes, such as when I supported a growing firm in addressing liability concerns, allowing them to secure a major new contract with confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, exploring new cultures, and staying active with my two children.
