I am Brian Kim, a Personal Lines Account Manager on the Private Client team at Axis Insurance. I specialize in delivering tailored insurance solutions that provide clarity, confidence, and long-term protection for my clients. In my role, I work closely with underwriters, colleagues, and clients to ensure every coverage recommendation is thoughtful, accurate, and aligned with each client’s unique needs. 

With three years of experience in the insurance industry focused on personal lines such as home and auto, I bring a solid understanding of risk, coverage, and service excellence. My background also includes more than ten years in customer service across fast-paced and client-focused environments. This experience has strengthened my ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional support with empathy and professionalism. 

I take pride in building strong relationships and helping clients feel confident in the protection of their most important assets. Whether guiding someone through a policy review or offering solutions that address new risks, my goal is always to provide personalized service that helps clients navigate uncertainty and move forward with assurance. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing, and getting out on the golf course whenever I have the chance.
