Kathleen Derona

Administrative Assistant, Commercial & Private Aviation

I’m Kathleen Derona, Administrative Assistant supporting the Commercial and Private Aviation teams at Axis. I work closely with Account Managers to send renewals, generate invoices, manage data entry, obtain quotes from underwriters, and coordinate both new and renewal policies, including commercial and recreational drone accounts.

With eight years of customer service experience and a background in Office Administration, Health Services, I’ve built a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and supporting complex processes. While I work behind the scenes, I play an important role in ensuring seamless service and reducing delays for our clients.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a beautiful, smart boy. I love cooking, doing arts and crafts. I’ve also enjoyed volunteering with a local organization that supports young mothers, sharing stories and lessons learned to help others through their own challenges.
