“Al is the Fleet and Auto Team Manager at Axis Insurance. He is also a licensed senior Personal Lines broker with Shaw Sabey & Associates Ltd, Axis Insurance Managers Inc., Metrix Professional Insurance Brokers Inc., LMG Insurance Brokers Ltd., and Cypress Insurance Brokers.
Having worked in the insurance industry for over 12 years with a CAIB II licence, he is an expert in Commercial Fleets in British Columbia and across Canada, ICBC insurance, and Personal Lines for Home, Condo, and Tenants insurance as well. As someone who is dedicated to listening with care, attention, and respect, Al is passionate about always keeping his clients best interests in mind when finding the best coverage for their needs. He is especially well-versed in finding solutions for hard to place risks in order to protect his clients assets.
One of Als proudest achievements to date while at Shaw Sabey & Associates Ltd was successfully managing a clients nationwide commercial fleet. Using his skills and expertise, Al was able to remarket and grow his clients portfolio in a short span of time, all while helping his client save over $50,000! Al prides himself on being an honest and trustworthy broker who will prioritize helping his clients find the best solutions to their concerns.
Al also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC, majoring in English Language. He enjoys spending time with his family that includes his wife, 2 young daughters, and a new puppy. Living in Ladner, BC, Al can be spotted playing golf, watching and playing a variety of sports, video games, or just enjoying the life that his close-knit community has to offer.
