Account Manager, Personal Lines

My name is Lyndsey Dicks, and I am an Account Manager in Personal Lines at Axis. I support a broad portfolio of Ontario personal lines insurance clients, providing renewal reviews, policy changes, and day to day service. I focus on delivering clear, timely guidance so clients can understand their coverage and make confident decisions. 

I began my insurance career in 1987 when I earned my RIBO license, followed by my CAIB designation in 1999. I am also licensed in Alberta. Over the years, I have developed deep expertise in personal lines and client service. Early in my career, RSA featured a story about my customer service in their national newsletter, highlighting my commitment to helping clients feel supported and informed. 

At Axis, I work closely with clients to review their coverage, identify risks, and recommend solutions that fit their needs. I enjoy taking the time to explain insurance in simple terms, offer professional advice, and help clients choose strong protection for their homes, vehicles, and personal assets. This approach reflects Axis’s belief that when clients understand their risks, they can make decisions that support long term success. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to Cuba, going on cruises, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with my granddaughters. These interests keep me energized and allow me to bring a positive, people focused approach to my role.
