At Axis, I am known for efficiently managing claims information and implementing frameworks that streamline the claims process, ensuring a seamless workflow for our team and clients. My responsibilities also extend to maintaining accurate claims data, analyzing client’s loss history, and collaborating on risk management strategies to enhance client services.
Before joining Axis in 2022, I served as a Claims Adjuster, focusing on complex auto claims. My career began in Mexico City, where I held roles such as Legal Manager at BNP Paribas Insurance Group and Corporate Lawyer at AXA Insurance Company, overseeing diverse claims across various portfolios including homeowners, credit protection, and auto insurance.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws, along with a General Broker License, solidifying my expertise in the insurance field. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, live music, and outdoor activities.
