I’m Fernanda Altivo, an Account Administrator at Axis Insurance. I support the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, handling documentation, coordinating with brokers and underwriters, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly. My focus on accuracy and workflow efficiency helps the team deliver reliable, timely service to clients across Canada.

Before joining Axis, I built a diverse career across roles in education, caregiving, retail management, and design administration. This broad experience sharpened my adaptability, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset, all essential to my role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

At Axis, I specialize in account documentation, compliance, and process integrity. I’ve contributed to quality control initiatives and continue to focus on improving internal systems. In one recent project, I led a six-month audit to reduce errors and turnaround times, directly enhancing the client experience.
