Jacob Dadufalza

Commercial Account Administrator

I am Jacob Dadufalza, a Commercial Account Administrator within the Commercial Lines division at Axis Insurance. In this role, I support the Broking Services and Account Administration team by preparing and processing policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. Working closely with Account Managers and Executives helps ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and consistent service.

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University, where I built strong analytical and problem‑solving skills that guide my work today. Before joining Axis, I gained experience in client service and financial administration, developing a foundation in structured processes, attention to detail, and clear communication.

My focus at Axis is on commercial account administration for clients across Ontario and other key Canadian markets. I review policy documents, process endorsements, and coordinate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to keep accounts running smoothly. Continuous learning remains a priority as I expand my knowledge in underwriting, risk management, and commercial operations.

By ensuring policies and renewals are accurate and complete, I help businesses stay focused on their goals with confidence that their coverage is properly managed.

Outside of work, I stay active through soccer, skiing, and golf. I have played competitive soccer for clubs in Milton and Oakville and am a lifelong FC Barcelona fan. Travel is another passion, with memorable trips to France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Vancouver, and New York City.
