Account Administrator, Broking Services and Account Administration

I am an Account Administrator with the Commercial BSAA team at Axis. I support broking services, customer service, and daily account administration to help keep our commercial accounts running smoothly. Since joining the team, I have focused on learning our systems and workflows. My goal is to build a strong foundation so I can contribute efficiently and support a smooth experience for both clients and colleagues. 

My background includes 17 years of insurance experience in the Mauritian market, where I developed a strong foundation in commercial insurance administration and client support. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Curtin University of Technology in Australia and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK. This combination of education and hands on experience supports my transition into the Canadian insurance market and strengthens the way I approach my work at Axis. 

Within the Commercial BSAA department, I am committed to providing clear, reliable, and organized support. I believe strong administration helps teams manage risk with confidence, and I am motivated to contribute to Axis’s vision, Where risks shape success, by helping ensure our processes run smoothly and consistently. 

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through Pilates, Zumba, and Spinning. My biggest passion is supporting my children in their soccer and dance activities.
