Account Administrator

I am Daniela Delascio, a Commercial Lines Account Administrator on the Professional and Financial Services team at Axis Insurance. In this role, I work closely with our Account Managers to deliver efficient service, clear communication, and strong attention to detail. Staying organized and resolving issues quickly allows me to ensure clients feel supported throughout the insurance process.

Since joining Axis in October 2025, I have been working toward my RIBO license as part of my ongoing growth in the insurance industry. Being part of a team that prioritizes collaboration, continuous learning, and thoughtful client guidance motivates me every day.

My background includes experience in administration, sales, and client relations. With a Marketing Management degree from the University of Guelph, I bring both structure and creativity to my work. Fluency in English and Spanish also helps me connect with clients across Canada and internationally.

Within the Professional and Financial Services portfolio, I assist with renewals, policy reviews, and daily client communications. Organization, problem solving, and a warm, approachable style are at the core of how I support clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering local restaurants across the GTA. Time with my family, close friends, my fiancé, and our cockapoo brings balance to my life, along with experimenting in the kitchen and surrounding myself with people who inspire laughter and growth.
