Team Lead and Account Manager

I am Stephaine Neves, Team Lead and Account Manager for the Private Client team at Axis. I support our High Net Worth clients by managing a diverse book of business and providing guidance that helps protect what matters most to them. In my role, I focus on delivering responsive service, clear advice, and a consistent client experience across every touchpoint. 

I have worked in the brokerage industry for more than 20 years. This experience allows me to understand complex personal insurance needs and step in wherever the team requires support. My focus is on helping clients make confident decisions by understanding their priorities and recommending solutions that fit both their lifestyle and their long term goals. 

What I enjoy most about client service is building strong relationships. Taking the time to understand each client helps me anticipate their needs and provide coverage that aligns with their expectations. This relationship driven approach reflects Axis’s vision of turning risk into an opportunity for clarity and confidence. 

Outside of work, I spend much of my time at the soccer pitch cheering on my daughter, who plays competitive soccer. At home, our rescue Boxer mix keeps me active with long walks and plenty of energy.
