“Catalina is an Account Manager in the Broking Services & Account Administration department with over 30 years of experience in Autoplan, Commercial Fleet, Personal Lines, and Commercial Lines (including IBT and Programs) accounts. Catalina works closely with Account Executives/producers on existing developing portfolios of Commercial Insurance businesses to identify new business opportunities and initiatives.

Catalina is passionate about providing friendly, professional service to customers and producers, managing accurate and detail documentation of all accounts, and working closely with team members to provide support whenever necessary. When faced with challenges, Catalina maintains a positive attitude to look for ways of improvement and to correct mistakes efficiently.

As an organized and detail-oriented person, she enjoys the feeling of success and achievement whenever she is able to sort out a problem and find an effective solution. She is proud to be able to gain the confidence and trust from her clients and fellow producers and colleagues through her consistent and demonstrated ability to handle heavy workloads efficiently and effectively.

Catalinas educational background includes a degree from the Hong Kong Baptist College with a Major in Secretarial Management and Minor in Accounting. Currently, she is a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and Chartered Insurance Professionals (CIP).”
