About Irene Lee:

“Irenes career in the insurance industry started at Marsh Canada in 2005. Later, she joined Shaw Sabey & Associates in 2014 as a Marketing Manager. From there, her role progressed to overseeing market management for Shaw Sabey, Metrix and Plus in 2015, and eventually LMG a year later. Following the acquisition of Axis Insurance Managers, her role further evolved to oversee all of Broking Services and Account Administration.

Outside of work, Irene further developed her skills in public speaking, delivering presentations, and facilitating meetings through her experience as a part-time BBA instructor at BCIT.

Today, Irene is the VP for Broking Services and Account Administration. She leads her team with objectives to provide a high level of service to Producers while standardizing various broking practices and workflows. She is also the VP at Plus Underwriting Managers, where she oversees the Groups market management for a variety of objectives.
