I’m Kevin Pinto, an Account Manager with the Life, Benefits & Wealth team at Axis Insurance. I help organizations evaluate, design, and manage employee benefits plans that support their people while aligning with business goals. My work includes reviewing programs, leading renewal negotiations, identifying coverage gaps, and helping clients navigate an evolving benefits landscape.

With nearly 15 years of experience across North America and the Middle East, I bring a broad perspective to employee benefits, commercial insurance, and risk management. Clients often turn to me for strategic advice that looks beyond annual renewals and focuses on the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of their programs.

A key part of my role is helping organizations assess market opportunities and benchmark their plans against available alternatives. Whether negotiating with insurers or marketing a program to alternative carriers, I work to secure competitive pricing, strengthen plan design, and deliver greater value for both employers and employees.

I hold an MBA and several industry designations, including FMVA®, FPWMP®, ARM®, AIS®, ACSR®, Cert CII, and Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India. Continuous learning and strong insurer relationships help me stay ahead of emerging trends and provide practical guidance in a changing benefits environment.

My approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and long-term thinking. Employee benefits are one of an organization’s most important investments, and I believe clients deserve advice that is straightforward, informed, and focused on meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading novels by Tom Clancy and Lee Child, travelling to experience different cultures and perspectives, exploring the Rocky Mountains, and following financial markets and investment trends.
