Hi, I am Livia Daniel, a Senior Service Specialist in the Individual and Group Retirement division at Axis Insurance. I am often the first point of contact for clients, and I focus on providing clear guidance, timely support, and a service experience that feels both professional and genuinely human.

Before joining Axis, I worked with several financial institutions supporting high net worth individuals and group clients. Those roles strengthened my understanding of diverse client needs and the importance of creating trust from the very first interaction. My approach to service strongly reflects Axis values, with an emphasis on client focus, ownership, and delivering practical expertise that helps people feel confident in their decisions.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I love being part of creative and community focused spaces. I sing in a choir, belong to a book club, and facilitate embodied awareness workshops and community building conversations. I am an avid crafter and enjoy cultivating plants and growing vegetables in my family garden.
