Account Manager Professional & Financial Services

I’m Niki Bobotsis, an Account Manager on the Professional & Financial Services team at Axis Insurance. I manage tailored insurance programs for clients in regulated professions, working closely with underwriters to ensure our solutions are precise, responsive, and backed by exceptional service. 

I have developed a strong foundation managing commercial accounts and building lasting client relationships and I continue to grow, most recently stepping into my current role as Account Manager. I hold a RIBO license and am actively pursuing additional insurance designations to deepen my expertise. 

At Axis, I focus on supporting clients in the healthcare and professional services sectors, including registered nurses and financial advisors. I help clients navigate complex coverage requirements, particularly in professional liability, and ensure our programs evolve with shifting regulatory demands and emerging industry risks. I also contribute to our internal growth through mentorship and training initiatives that support newer team members. 

My work is rooted in helping clients face risk head-on, translating uncertainty into clarity, and protecting the growth they’ve worked hard to achieve. I take pride in making sure our clients feel confident about the road ahead. 

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through fitness and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I’m also passionate about giving back and volunteer regularly with the Niagara Food Bank and local community cleanup efforts, experiences that have shaped my approach to teamwork, empathy, and resilience.
