Manager, Broking Services and Account Administration

Hello, I’m Liz Taylor, Manager of Broking Services and Account Administration within the Professional and Financial Services practice group at Axis Insurance. I lead a team that supports the placement and administration of commercial and specialty lines insurance, ensuring our workflow, service standards, and operational processes consistently meet client needs. 

I bring more than 15 years of experience in commercial and professional liability insurance. My background includes a strong foundation in underwriting and operational leadership, shaped by 13 years at Intact Insurance where I guided regional initiatives, mentored teams, and supported national projects. I hold the Chartered Insurance Professional designation and have built trusted relationships across the industry. 

At Axis, my focus is the professional and financial services sector. I work closely with account managers, account executives, and underwriting teams to support structured placements, manage renewals, and navigate complex submissions. I also design training frameworks and operational procedures that strengthen efficiency and elevate team performance. 

My work supports Axis’s belief that risks shape success by ensuring our operations are reliable, responsive, and aligned with client goals. Through strong quality control and coordinated service delivery, I help reinforce trust with clients and market partners, contributing to long term relationships and consistent results. 

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, staying active, and supporting my kids in their activities.
