I’m Pallavi Stankovic, Project Lead on the Broking Services and Account Administration team at Axis Insurance. From the moment I joined Axis, I have focused on building structure that helps our team operate at its best. Efficiency is at the core of what I do, and I take pride in keeping projects organized, aligned, and moving forward. As I have grown in my role, I have taken on broader responsibilities that include simplifying workflows, improving communication across the team, and finding new ways to support collaboration. I pick up new concepts quickly and enjoy turning them into clear and actionable steps. Bringing order to complex initiatives and seeing them progress from idea to completion is both the challenge and the reward that drives my work.

With over 15 years of customer service experience across various industries, I have developed strong skills in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UBC and an associate’s degree in Event Management from BCIT. Though I am new to insurance, my diverse professional background has equipped me with the adaptability and organizational expertise essential for my role at Axis.

Outside of work, I like to spend my time doing the things that bring balance and joy into my week. I love traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and staying active however I can. I am usually working my way through a fiction novel on my Kindle, and I enjoy ending the day by catching up on the latest movies or TV shows. These are the moments that keep me grounded and inspired when I return to my work.
