About Johnny Luu:

“Johnny is an experienced account manager who specializes in Commercial Insurance and Risk Management services.

He provides exceptional support services to the two Account Executives on whose team he works. This includes management of the renewal process, beginning with a thorough review of individual clients operations and exposures. Working closely with the client and the underwriters, he ensures competitive terms are obtained while expanding scope of coverage if necessary to meet their current business needs.

Johnny is also instrumental in the placement of new business, by getting engaged at the beginning of the process and following it through to a successful conclusion. This includes preparation of a detailed proposal for the clients review.

Given the breadth of his technical knowledge, he is capable of providing contract review services and ensuring clients insurance policies and coverages are in fact meeting those contractual obligations or advising of areas where changes may need to be made to mitigate a clients exposure to non-insured risk.

Johnny began his career at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Canada Inc. in Group Benefits working in the Third Party Administration department. In 2014, he decided to broaden his knowledge and moved into the Commercial Insurance side of the business at BFL CANADA Insurance Services Inc”
